Living with cancer

Personal experiences have led Julie Peake, a former deaconess, and retired minister Rev Ian Harbinson to develop a retreat day for people living with cancer, that took place at Portrush Presbyterian Church on Saturday 8 September. In this blog the former head boy talks about this moving experience, the memories that it brought back for him and the three myths he wanted to dispel for the students arrayed in front of him in the Assembly Hall.
