This is a pdf resource which can be downloaded (see Downloads box to the right) and printed for elders, helping kirk sessions to consider together how they oversee these issues.

This is a video resource in which Dr Marty Cowan looks at sections 3.3 and 3.4, considering the two aspects of ‘asking too much, or not looking for enough.’
