In recent years the Council for Mission in Ireland has established a group for the encouragement and equipping of those within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, working in an urban or estate setting. It is well known that ministry in these communities is uniquely challenging, and gathering to share experiences and support one another is very helpful.

If you are a full/part-time minister or staff member in a PCI congregation and engaging in outreach into a specific urban or estate community nearby, then you are invited to join the Urban Mission Network.

The network organises two gatherings per year, along with an opportunity to attend a relevant conference. There is an email distribution list to keep members informed of any upcoming activity, and a private Facebook group that offers a means of ongoing communication amongst network members.
