About Foundations
Foundations are regional evening events that offer a mix of teaching, discussion and resourcing for ministry in this season of church life. They are designed to equip volunteer leaders and helpers as they build ministry with children, young people and families in their congregations.
Foundations provide the chance to:
- Step back from the busyness of running programmes.
- Be equipped and encouraged alongside others in ministry.
- Share ideas and resources with fellow leaders.
- Learn together how to help children and young people engage with the Bible in real‑life situations.
- Come with others from your congregation or come on your own.
Firm foundations to build on for anyone involved in ministry among children, young people and their families.
Why Attend?
Do you long for space and time to think about your children’s and youth ministry apart from the weekly focus on delivering the programme? Would you like to connect with other leaders, share ideas and ask questions about your ministry context?
Foundations offers an encouraging evening to equip, resource and inspire those working with children, young people and families.
Session Options
You can choose two from the four sessions below:

Youth Ministry
