These questions have been produced out of experience in setting up initiatives or projects in a congregation. They are intended to help Kirk Sessions, Ministers, committee members or others in leadership, think through the practicalities of how to set up a new initiative or project. Using the questions should enable the initiative or project to run more smoothly and prevent potential problems.
