This resource comes in two versions – a longer version with in-depth reading and a ‘quickstart’ version designed to be used as an aid to discussions in Kirk Sessions. Both versions have four chapters dealing with different aspects of change which can be used together or on their own. The resource contains various tools which can be used by Ministers and Kirk Sessions to lead congregational change.
