Gift Aid declaration forms have been produced to allow donations to be Gift Aided.

Three Gift Aid declaration forms are available to download as follows:

A. To support an individual Presbyterian congregation

This is a gift aid declaration that allows the named Presbyterian congregation to recover gift aid on all donations you have made in the last four years as well as in the future.

B. To support (the General Assembly of) the Presbyterian Church in Ireland: 'open' declaration

This is a gift aid declaration that allows the Presbyterian Church in Ireland to recover gift aid on all donations you have made in the last four years as well as in the future.

Using this form avoids the need to complete a gift aid declaration each time you make a donation, however, you will need to separately specify the purpose of each donation you make.

C. To support (the General Assembly of) the Presbyterian Church in Ireland: 'one-off' declaration

A gift aid declaration that allows the Presbyterian Church in Ireland to recover gift aid on a specific donation. The form includes space for you to specify the purpose of your donation.
