Emerge Leadership Development Congregational Life Emerge is a short-term training programme offered to emerging leaders within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. Pray for this group of emerging leaders in their 20’s and 30’s as they explore the challenges of leadership. Pray that the Emerge programme would be a transforming experience for them as they develop in this area of serving God in their congregations.
