  • Minor Hall, Assembly Buildings

At this year’s General Assembly, the SPUD Youth Assembly are hosting a Fringe Event focusing on “Young People and the Church.”

This will be on Wednesday, 7th June from 5.30-6.45pm in the Minor Hall where a light tea will be served.  The event will involve a programme lasting one hour which will include a mix of up front input and round table discussion. The programme and content is being put together by a team of young people and young adults arising out of our Youth Assembly gathering earlier this year. Together they will tackle themes such as Inter-generational connections and younger leadership involvement, as well as share practical stories and examples of good practice in a variety of congregational settings.

This gathering aims to bring together a mix of generations, roles and leadership experience from right across the church to help provide rich conversation and also impact at various levels of congregational life, therefore everyone is welcome to attend, however you will need to register online to reserve your place.  This is a free event but completion of online registration below is essential.

Closing date/time for booking:  Tuesday, 6th June at 7pm.

NB. Booking is limited to 80 places and will be allocated on a first come basis.

To check on a booking or for any further information please contact the CLW Office on +44 (0)28 9032 2284 or email lgibson@pcinet.org
