As we think about re-establishing small groups as we emerge from the pandemic, it's a great time to pause and reconsider together as leaders of this ministry what we are doing and how we are doing it.
Small groups provide amazing opportunities for deeper bible study, closer fellowship and personal prayer, however, they can also be challenging to lead as we try to facilitate discussion and help everyone contribute in ways that are valuable to their growth.
This online session offers an opportunity to equip those involved in leading small groups in your congregation. We suggest gathering your small group leaders together, perhaps in your church halls, so that they can participate together in this evening which will offer a mix of basic refresher training and space to talk with one another.
The session will be broadcast live on Thursday 23rd September from 7.30 – 9pm.
This online live event, hosted by Rick Hill, PCI Discipleship and Leadership Development Officer offers an opportunity for small group leaders to gather in the one space to watch, learn and discuss together. It has been designed to be interactive for small groups meeting together in congregations but individual small group leaders are also welcome to join this session.
