Participating Women
How can we be Participating Women in our own Groups?
Some women are called to be leaders. Guidelines recommend each serves 2 to 3 years.

- Deputy leader
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Committee members
It is important that all women feel needed and that by just coming along they contribute to the fellowship.
Encourage as many women as possible to use their gifts.
- Praying for each meeting
- Praying for each other
- Attending PW prayer meeting
- Inviting someone new
- Preparing room
- Welcoming women
- Welcoming speakers
- Sitting beside someone who is alone
- Preparing and serving supper.
- Washing dishes
- Giving out and collecting song books
- Contacting those who are sick or bereaved
Rotas may be drawn up so that no one has too much to do.
What is our motivation? "Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only." (Matthew 4:10)
What is our attitude? "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men." (Colossians 8:23)
