Background:

Eleanor grew up in East Belfast and Carrickfergus. At 17 she joined the RUC and served for 14 years, leaving in 1991 to study at Capernwray Hall, Lancashire. Her home congregation is Stormont.

Present Ministry:

The vast majority of Eleanor's work revolves around pastoral care, but she also helps lead a coffee bar ministry and is co-ordinator of the prayer ministry. She is involved in leading the women's Bible study and takes Church services each month.

Interests:

Watching rugby and football, reading and walking the dog.

Prayer Requests:

  • Please pray for the team, with a number of changes happening since moving into the new premises.
  • Pray for good use of time, and the sense to take times of rest and relaxation.
  • Give thanks for the opportunities to meet with people who haven't been in Church before, or for a long time.
  • Give thanks for a big increase in attendance at organisations and pray for more helpers.
