To fulfil the role of Senior Secretary with specific responsibility for finance related duties, deputation arrangements and secretarial and administrative duties, under the direction of the General Secretary, in a manner in keeping with cooperative team working and the Christian ethos of the PCI.
Applicants must have:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language, or equivalent qualifications
- OCR (RSA) Stage II Word-Processing or equivalent in competence or qualifications
- Experience in a secretarial role of at least two years
- Experience of working within committee structures, including minute taking
- Experience of finance and accounting duties, including petty cash
- Willing to work within the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland
