Four of the world's strongest men are coming to Lisburn next weekend to show off their amazing skills and tell their equally amazing life stories.
These four 'Incredible Hulks' will be performing weight-lifting displays in Bow Street on Saturday afternoon, 24th September followed by a major event with a lifting display in Lisburn LeisurePlex at 7.30pm that evening. Each of these men is a champion weight lifter, including British, European and even World Champion level. They all come from the East End of London, but these 'hard men' are more than they appear to be.
Each of them has a wonderful story of a changed life. They will describe how they have been changed by God and so have been saved from the things that used to have a hold over them, like drug dealing, alcohol, broken marriages, lies, deceit and violence. Such is the power of this transformation that they now devote themselves to travelling all over the U.K., Europe and even to the United States under the name 'Tough Talk', telling of the power of God that changed them into such men of remarkable new character.
This visit from the Tough Talk Team has been arranged by Railway Street Presbyterian. Other church events are being arranged to complement the weekend activities. Further information is available from the church office on (028) 9260 2766.
