Representatives from the five neighbouring Roman Catholic parishes including Fr Dan Whyte will present cheques totalling alomst £10,000 to Rev Liz Hughes, minister of Whitehouse Presbyterian Church to help with rebuilding following the fire on 2 August which destroyed the church.
The presentation will take place at Whitehouse Presbyterian Church, Shore Road, Newtownabbey (directions below) at 11.00am on Wednesday 4 September at 11.00am
Parishes represented are St James, Whiteabbey, St Marys, Greencastle, St Marys on the Hill, Glengormley, Star of the Sea, Whitehouse and St Gerards, Antrim Road.
