Dr Hart has experience working in Liberia, the Balkans and Somalia. Other speakers include Sir Kenneth Bloomfield, the current chair of the Northern Ireland Victims Commission, Dr David Bolton, Director of Community Care, Sperrin and Lakeland Health Trust and Assistant Chief Constable Tim Lewis from the RUC.

The conference is organised by the Rev Doug Baker, a Presbyterian Minister who works for the Mediation Network and is convenor of the Peace and Peacemaking Committee.
