Today, Wednesday, 17-02-99, at 10.15am Presbyterian Moderator Dr John Dixon led a delegation from the Presbyterian Church and Government Committee to meet with representatives of Sinn Fein at their offices in Parliament Buildings, Stormont.
This meeting is part of the Church and Government Committee's ongoing series of discussions with governments, political parties and politicians which have been continuing now for a number of years.
In addition to the Moderator, the Presbyterian delegation included Dr Sam Hutchinson, Clerk of the General Assembly and the co-conveners of the Church and Government Committee, Dr John Dunlop and Mr George McCullagh.
The Moderator will be available for interview at Stormont at the conclusion of this meeting, expected at approx 11.15 - 11.30am
