2026 General Assembly
Welcome to the 2026 General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland (PCI). The Church will meet in General Assembly at Assembly Buildings, Belfast, from Tuesday, 9 June to Friday, 12 June.
Here on the General Assembly Hub, you will find general information, news releases, videos and a timetable of the business before the General Assembly. You will also be able to watch the livestream of proceedings from this page.
The General Assembly takes place in Assembly Buildings, Fisherwick Place, Belfast BT1 6DW. Public transport (bus and train) will bring you to the Belfast Grand Central terminus, which is a short distance away. A little further away is Laganside Bus Station on Montgomery Street. Car parking is also available at a number of car parks which are also close to Assembly Buildings.

Participating in the General Assembly

The Blue Book and Annual Reports
The reports and corresponding resolutions to be discussed and debated during the course of the General Assembly are brought together in one publication - historically it is known as the 'Blue Book'.
The Blue Book can be found here in pdf format, or from the drop-down box at the top of this page. The Blue Book also contains the Revised Guide to Assembly Procedure, were you will find definitions and explanations of important elements of the General Assembly.
Supplementary Reports
Any licensed supplementary business to be discussed and debated during the General Assembly can be found in the Supplementary Reports. This publication will be available on the opening morning of the General Assembly from the drop-down box at the top of this page.
