Smithborough

Smithborough lies about six miles outside Monaghan town on the road to Clones. The congregation has its roots in the ulster Evagelical Society and was founded, originally as a congregational church by some London Missionary Society friends.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to help Christians to become mature believers in Christ and, within the local community, "to prove themselves to be pure and blameless in a crooked and depraved generation". We want to be able to speak the truth and to live the truth so that men and women, boys and girls will want to know about the Christ we follow. We are "Making disciples, building the church"
