MoiraMoira, once a quiet rural village is now one of the fastest growing small towns of Northern Ireland. Moira is situated some eight miles to the south-east of Lisburn, adjacent to the M1 motorway. Our church was built in 1680. Records date from 1866. Our graveyard adjoins the church building, the oldest gravestone is dated 1856, burials before this were in the parish graveyard. There are 300 families connected with the congregation and 280 communicant members of the congregation. The morning service is at 11.30am and our monthly evening service 7pm. A creche is available during our service with a direct video link to the Church Service There is a Youth Praise Group and our worship is a blend of the traditional and contemporary. Our Bible Study and Prayer Fellowship meet every Wednesdays at 8pm We have a Boys' Brigade, Girls' Brigade, Youth Club, PWA, a Retired Group, Badminton and Bowling Club.
