Kirkcubbin Presbyterian Church, established in 1777, enjoys an impressive location on the edge of Strangford Lough, visible on the right hand side when entering the village from the Newtownards.

Though relatively small numerically, there is a caring forward thinking leadership in place which is currently forging links with the local Church of Ireland and Community Church with a view to addressing the spiritual needs of the village. The Herron Hall adjacent to the church building is available to the members of the community and hosts "Whizz Kids", a club for primary school age, run by the Community Church and Girl Guide Company on Wednesday evening.
