129 Great Victoria Street,
Sunday Service:
Minister: Rev. Ian Hart |
Great Victoria Street, BelfastGreat Victoria Street Presbyterian Church was formed in 1861 to serve the areas of Sandy Row and Donegall Pass. It is today an inner-city congregation, most of whose members live close to the church. About 230 belong to the church, and the average attendance is about 90 people. There is a lively Boys' Brigade company and Sunday School. Because we are the nearest church to places such as the Europa Hotel and the Belfast Youth Hostel we often have visitors. Our church is a listed building, very elegant and interesting architecturally, with an imposing facade right on Belfast's so-called 'Golden Mile' of entertainment places and restaurants. |
