Garmany's Grove

Garmany's Grove was founded in 1920 in the Mullyash district of Co. Monaghan. It is situated just off the main road from Newtownhamilton to Castleblaney, about 3 miles from the border. Comprising 21 families in 2001, Garmany's is a predominantly farming congregation. Originally part of the Secession Synod, Garmany's only joined the General Assembly in 1913.

The meeting house has the pulpit situated on the "long wall" opposite to where three doors give access to the building.

Garmany's is joined very closely to the other Grove, McKelvey's. Services alternate between the two meeting houses each week at 12.30 pm. The Sunday School, PWA and Midweek are all united, with the Sunday School and PWA having teachers and office bearers from both congregations. Sunday School meets at 11.30 am and the Midweek on Thursdays at 8.00 pm (8.30 pm during British Summer Time).
