Bannside

As its name suggests Bannside stands beside the river Bann, in the town of Banbridge The original prosperity of the district was built on the linen mills which lined the banks of the river. In recent years Banbridge has grown rapidly to a town of over 12,000 people, some working in local industries like the shoe factory, others commuting to Belfast. In our suite of buildings we have sought to create a community of worship, fellowship and service. Our key objective is to put Jesus Christ at the centre of our Church and to live by the values He gives us. In our membership we have a happy mix of those who have had a long association with the congregation, and those who have recently moved into the area.

Visitors are always welcome at our services. The following list of organisations gives some idea of the needs we are trying to meet in our area.
