BallygilbertSituated about 3 miles from Bangor on the main road to Belfast, Ballygilbert is a vibrant and welcoming church with a bright and comfortable environment for worship. A large reception area creates an informal atmosphere where people are able to meet before and after services. An excellent suite of halls provides facilities for a wide range of other activities. Primarily, however, we are not about buildings nor activities- but we are about people. Worship plays a central role in our life together in Ballygilbert. We offer services which are upbeat, where a clear Bible-based message is presented and made relevant for life in to-day's world. We believe that true worship can be a life-changing experience and that you ought to leave a service a different person that when you entered. Our services are at 11.00am and 7.00pm each Sunday. Bible study in Home Groups and personal and 'corporate' time are also important aspects of our spiritual journey together. We also have a strong belief in our ministry to children, teenagers and young adults. We want them to feel valued and to develop a vibrant and sustained faith.
