Leadership Development Resource list
This useful resource list contains information on suggested 'off-the-shelf' courses, training providers, websites and books on leadership development. These resources are from sources external to the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. They are suggested as options to consider in the essential task of developing the gifts of those in congregational leadership as well as those who will be future leaders.

Leadership Training for Elders
A leadership training module forms a key part of the 'Prepared to Lead' course. This course has been developed for new elders but can also act as very useful refresher training for those who are already elders (either just the module itself or the whole course could be used).
