Tritonville is a complex of sheltered accommodation for older people. A selection of single and double flats are set in private and spacious gardens in the Sandymount area of Dublin.


The complex offers sheltered housing to 40 people and incorporates a communal garden where residents can sit or walk about in privacy and safety.

All apartments and bedsits include central heating and a Call and Care Nursing, twice a week, included in the monthly charge.

Other accommodation includes a community room where different events are held including a coffee morning every Friday, and various functions in the evening including quiz nights and a Christmas party.

Maintaining each person's dignity, security and comfort is paramount. Residents may retain the services of their own GP if preferred, but a local doctor will also take on new patients.

Tritonville is within walking distance of Sandymount village which affords amenities such as shops, bus and DART services, banks and a Post Office.

  • Resident Manager living on complex if there is an emergency

Tritonville Close welcomes residents from all denominations.

The United Appeal assists with the funding of the Council for Social Witness, enabling the Council to support the work and Christian witness offered at Tritonville Close.
