Opened in 1992, Harold McCauley House is the only Nursing Home to be established by the former Presbyterian Residential Trust. The aim is to provide nursing care and support primarily for older people within a Christian environment.
The Home is situated in a secluded, tranquil setting close to the town centre of Omagh with views of the Camowen River. Harold McCauley House strives to provide a warm and friendly environment, allowing residents to be treated with dignity and respect, and encouraging them to retain more independence. Staff place great emphasis on incorporating choice and freedom in meeting the residents' physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
The Home can accommodate 32 residents with nursing staff on call 24 hours per day. Regular worship services are held within the Home and a conscious effort is made to ensure residents are offered spiritual support when requested.
Harold McCauley House welcomes residents from all denominations.

The United Appeal assists with the funding of the Council of Social Witness, enabling the Council to support the work and Christian witness offered at this residential home.
